Private Industry Council (Education)
Everyone needs a little help now and then. Maybe you need to brush up on your skills so you can find a better job, prepare for and take the GED® test, or go back to school to be able to pursue a new career. The Private Industry Council has services for children and adults that can help make your dreams a reality and many are available at little or NO COST to you. All the youth programs are constructed to enhance the many different skills needed to excel in tomorrow’s workforce.

Westmoreland County Libraries Federated System
Westmoreland County Libraries (WCL) is a system of 23 public libraries serving Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. It was formed in 1993 to consolidate resources and secure funding for library services from the county and state as a federated system, according to LibGuides. The WCL aims to ensure all residents have access to high-quality library services.
